Here we go!
Time Heals, the second book in the Stranger Things series comes out tomorrow.
A two week blog tour starts today with a guest blog post I did over at Mel’s World. I’m talking about one of the mythical creatures in the series, a man-wolf (not wolf-man!) named Billy. Go check him out…trust me he’s worth it!
Now tomorrow there will be shiny things, not only on this blog, but over on Mel’s blog too. More about that tomorrow. Right now, make yourself a cup of tea and go read about Billy.
From the back cover of Time Heals:
Rebecca MacDonnell is strange. More than that, she’s a Stranger, a human born with the ability to use her own life’s force to heal ethereal beings. Vampires, werewolves, demons, ghosts, goblins, and other things thought only imaginary all need help sometime, and when they do, they come to her.
Some things, however, are beyond help. Something is stalking all Ethereals, great and small. Beings of every race are fleeing a terror no one will acknowledge, let alone name.
At seventeen, Mistress Healer Rebecca is still learning to manage her power. She must learn to control it before it controls her.
Unless it’s already too late.
When her burgeoning ability gets away from her, that which heals turns to harm and drives her loyal man-wolf bodyguard Billy straight into the arms of the unknown horror.
Unlikely new friends are her only hope to finding out what’s happened, and she must enter new – and dangerous – territory in order to do it.

Dear Ms. James,
Thank you so much for joining Bitten By Books for your “kickoff” tour!
I am lucky to be a reviewer on their site, but even luckier to have reviewed your books, All Wounds & Time Heals. As a reviewer, you need to be honest. I was so blown away by your books, I gave each book “5 Tombstones,” the very highest score possible, and VERY rare to achieve. Thank you so very much for providing such wonderful books! I am eagerly awaiting your next novel, and I am hoping that you continue the series with many more books! Thank you again!

Thank you very much, Lynne! I very much appreciate both your time and your comments. I also deeply appreciate your honesty. In my opinion, all feedback (positive or negative) has some kind of value, and constructive criticism is important if one wishes to improve their craft. I’m going to paraphrase Anthony Bourdain here and say that a good writer isn’t an artist, they’re a craftsman, and improving your craft is something I believe a writer should always be looking to do.
Comments and reviews like yours do help immensely in those emo!moments of absolute “OMG I SUCK!” (Which all writers have, whether they want to admit it or not!)
Again, thank you!
